Now days there are more than 350 real estate companies in this sector and this number is growing day by day because of the lucrative profit margin of this sector. By showing plans and locations they sell apartments. For this reason this product is called “Unseen” product. The growth rate of the industry is about 20%. Profit margin is about 15% to 25% on an average. So, for country like Bangladesh real estate business can be a vital and essential prospect which can play a major role for the development of the country. So this study “Real Estate Business Strategy and Policy” is mainly focuses on the brief idea and current market situation of real estate business in Bangladesh, problems & prospects of real estate business in Bangladesh and its contributions towards the development of the country.en_US
