extrovert graduates who belong to high degree of adaptability quality. So business
graduates need to have both theoretical & practical knowledge to manage the business
activity properly.
In order to be familiar with the organizational culture and to gain some practical
knowledge about an Organization our Business faculty provides a 45 days internship
program as a part of the BBA program. The internship program of BBA is a partial
requirement to take test of real life challenge conducted by the intern. During this period
I have worked closely with the employee of RBL,HSTU corporate branch, Dinajpur. The
primary goal of internship is to provide an on the job exposure to the student and an
opportunity for translation of theoretical conceptions in real life situation. I believe this
study will be beside me in future, especially if I get myself involved in bank and other
financial institution. This program has helped me a lot to understand the organizational
