Marketing of Readymade Garments Industry Products in Bangladesh. (A Case Study on Zaber & Zubair Fabrics Limited)

In the modern era, we

live in the age of competition. The modern industrial economy is facing serious competitions in open market economy of the world. There is a trend of heavy industrialization all over the world. As a result, there arrived many fatal problems of management. For this reason, it is our moral duty and responsibility to know about these problems so that we can properly minimize these problems. Economy of Bangladesh is typically industry based and the production, in the industrial sectors has dramatically changed in the practical knowledge is very much important. Basically education has two sides, one side is theoretical knowledge known as bookish knowledge and another side is called practical knowledge. Theoretical education is incomplete without practical training. Education is fulfilled by means of practical learning. So, we have to need practical knowledge as well as theoretical knowledge. For this reason Department of Marketing, Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University has included a weeklong internship program for us as a part of academic curriculum. It is necessary for the students of M.B.A. to prepare a report base on it. That is why, I have got training in the Zaber & Zubair Fabrics Limited. under the supervision of my respective teacher Md. Shamim Hossasin, Lecturer, Department of Marketing, Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University, Dinajpur. I have participated in a three months internship program from 1“ February 2014 to 30" April 2014. I have to complete my program with in a short period of time, which is not sufficient to acquire complete knowledge about garments industry. This internship is the first experience of my life. So, I felt some difficulties. Therefore this internship report has to some limitations. This report of mine will be a successful one when it will at least help a little bit to a student or to a researcher. I have better try to my knowledge and information gathered by training has been presented as a script.
