The experiment was laid out in a two factors randomized complete block design (RCBD) with three replications. The two factors were A: Seed rate ( 60 kg ha’, 90 kg ha’ and 120 kg ha") and B: Fertilizer Rate ( NoPoKo kg ha”, N2oP29Kio kg ha™', N4oP4oK20 kg ha”! and NeoP6oK30 kg ha’. Data were recorded on: days to emergence, days to two leave stage, days to four leave stage, days to branch, number of nodes at branching, plant height, leaf number, leaf area plant’, days to flower, dry weight, spike plant’, grains plant’, 1000 seeds weight, grain yield and straw yield ha”.en_US
