    Abstract
    The study was designed to investigate the pathological conditions of NDV in the small scale commercial broiler farms at different region in Dinajpur district. The duration of experiment was 6 months from July, 2012 to December; 2012.The objectives of the study were clinical sign, gross lesion, microscopic lesion, and the prevalence of the diseases. Different organ mainly proventiculus, intestine were collected, preserved and processed for histopathological examination. The clinical signs were sneezing, caughing, depression, torticolis of neck, white greenish diarrhea, and paralysis of leg. At necropsy severe haemorrhages in the proventiculus, caecal tonsils, intestine and trachea. Histopathologicaly in proventiculus distortion of the normal structure of the tissue, globular destruction, haemorrhage and sever epithelial layer destruction. Total 250 diseased and dead birds (From 35 farms) were examined out of which 135 birds were found to be positive for NDV.The mortality was higher in nonvaccinated than in vaccinated birds,
