The present study was conducted on native ducks tested by indirect Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) to determine specific Antibody against AIV, to determine the titer level at different age groups of non vaccinated ducks at Netrokona district of Bangladesh. Here AIV specific antibody positive cases were recorded as 78 out of 90 blood serum samples. Here the highest antibody titre was recorded as 2323 and lowest antibody titre was recorded as 256. The total 86.71% sera samples were showed positive result. In this study it was observed that 66.66% sera sample were positive against AIV at 3-4 month of age group and the highest, lowest and mean antibody titre was recorded as 1428, 256 and 906.3889 . 78% sera sample were positive against AIV at 5-6 month age’s and the highest, lowest and mean antibody titre was recorded as 1675 ,451 and 1083.61 1(Table 3). The sera sample collected from 7-8 month age’s ducks showed 88.9% positive and the highest , lowest and mean antibody titre was recorded as 1857, 578 and 1285.5 .100% sera sample were positive against AIV at 9-10 month of age group and the highest , lowest and mean antibody titre was recorded as 1971, 638 and 1571.5 .The sera sample collected from duck of 11-11> month age’s showed 100% positive and the highest, lowest and mean antibody titre was recorded as 2323, 1423 and 1813.778 .This research work was also conducted on rapid kit test by Rapid AIV Ag Test Kit (chromatographic immunoassay) for the qualitative detection of avian influenza type A virus antigen in duck’s tracheal and cloacal sample which were collected from those group of suspected ducks showed higher mean antibody titer (1813.778) in ELISA test. The sample showed 20% positive result.en_US
