| dc.description.abstract | Purpose of the report is to identify the performance excellence of electronic banking activities
of Rupali Bank Ltd. In order to conduct the report both qualitative and quantitative data has
been collected, anlysed and used. Quantitative data has been collected from financial
statement of the bank which has been published in the annual report of the bank and analysed
using MS excel. Qualitative data has been collected through observation, conversation and
face to face communication with office staffs and clients of the bank. Financial data has been
collected for five years ranging 2016-2020. The report describes how the bank servings its
customers with the e banking facilities and how e banking facilities made the banking
services more easy, efficient and safe for the customers. This report will help to have a clear
concept about the e banking services of the bank. | en_US |
