Collections
Abstract
This research delves into the various aspects of knowledge management process and its
impact on organizational learning. To conduct this study, a total of 448 survey responses
were gathered using a structured questionnaire that employed a seven-point Likert scale. The
collected data were then analyzed using structural equation modeling techniques. The
findings of this study highlight the key dimensions of knowledge management (knowledge
creation, knowledge improvement, knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage, knowledge
sharing, knowledge utilization and knowledge refinement) that exert a substantial and
positive influence on organizational learning. Moreover, knowledge management is shown to
directly impact on organizational learning and holds a crucial position within the proposed
model. This study will make a valuable contribution to enhancing organizations' knowledge
management systems by providing a deeper understanding of the subject. Practitioners are
encouraged to utilize these insights to foster a stronger learning culture within their respective
organizations.
