dc.description | Tourism is one of the fastest growing and single largest industries in the world. The
contribution of tourism industry in the global as well as individual perspective is really
amazing. Many countries in the world depend upon tourism as a main source of foreign
exchange earnings. Based on this broad definition, tourism industry includes all socioeconomic activities that are directly or indirectly involved in providing services to tourists

tourist is “any person traveling to a place other than that of his/her usual environment for
less than twelve months and whose main purpose of trip is other than the exercise of an
