    Abstract
    A field experiment work was conducted at Agronomy research field, Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University (HSTU), Dinajpur-5200 during Rabi season from November 2022 to March 2023 to assess the impact of varied GA3 concentrations on growth, yield traits and yield of mustard. The experiment consisted of two factors where one factor was varieties namely V1 (BARI Sarisha-15), V2 (BARI Sarisha-17) and V3 (BARI Sarisha-19) and another four treatments e.g. T1 = 0 ppm (control), T2 = 25 ppm GA3, T3 = 50 ppm GA3 and T4 = 75 ppm GA3. The experiment was designed in Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with three replications. Parameters like plant height (cm), number of branches plant 1 (no.), number of leaves plant-1 (no.), leaf area (cm2), number of siliqua plant-1 (no.), fresh weight of seed-1(g), dry weight of seed-1(g), total fresh and dry weight plant-1 (g), thousand seed weight (g), seed yield (t ha-1), biological yield (t ha-1), stover yield (t ha-1), and harvest index (%). The highest thousand-seed weight 28.66 g observed was V1( BARI Sarisha -15) ,Seed yield showed better result with the variety V2 (BARI Sarisha -17) 1.18 t ha-1, Biological yield showed better performance with the variety V1 (BARI Sarisha-15) 12.45 t ha-1 and the maximum harvest index were recorded in V2 (BARI Sarisha-17) with 45.16 %.T3 (50 ppm GA3) showed best performance than the other treatment in most of the parameters specially in 1000 seed weight ( 37.72 g) , seed yield (1.26 t ha-1), biological yield (4.43 t ha-1) and harvest index (45.23%). Interaction result showed that BARI Sarisha-17 along with T3 (50 ppm GA3) possed the highest seed yield 1.3 t ha-1. But the lowest result of 1000-seed weight (23.85 g), biological yield (2.42 t ha1), seed yield (0.69 t ha-1) and harvest index (28.15%) were obtained from the control. So, it could be concluded that GA3 at 50 ppm showed better performance than all other treatment.
