Citrobacter sp. HSTU-ABk15, Acinetobacter sp. HSTU-ASm16, and Serattia sp. HSTU-ABk35 are three endophytic bacteria which have significant effect on plant growth and yield promotion and also have pesticide degrading capability – these are proved previously through molecular and genomics identification in dry laboratory. Therefore, this study is designed for field experiment of these three strains on rice plants in selected BIRI 28 verities in Dinajpur, Bangladesh region. Field experiment was designed to give treatment on various groups are- 30%, 40% and, 50% urea with single bacteria and also mix consortium of bacteria was given as treatment 30%40% and 50% urea respectively. In 16 different plots which area were divided in 1*0.76 m. thirty days aged plants were planted and three times rice plants were collected from field in every fifteen days to quantify Growth and yield parameters with other physical properties. And after cultivation of rice, I performed biochemical and minerals test such as – b carotene, vitamin- c and ca, zn to find out the rice quality regarding to control. The maximum amount of calcium, Magnesium, Boron, Copper, Lead concentration was observed in 40%mix treatment. There is no significant difference for protein content among the treatments but Carbohydrate and food energy content was higher where no bacterial treatment. Insignificant difference was found among all the treatments for Cadmium accumulation. Finally, the most significant and desirable yield without health hazards was found on 30% mix treatments which is 1.57-fold higher than the farmers practices where full doses of recommended fertilizers were used having the heavier materials more than the acceptance.en_US
