The benefits of dietary supplementation of organic acid and fatty acid (Haemeco pH® ), essential amino acid and multi-vitamins (Aminovit plus® vet) and their combination on productive performance of broilers were investigated in this study. A total number of 96 day-07 old chicks were divided randomly into 04 experimental groups occupying 04 replications in each group among dietary groups were considered: control (T0), Haemeco pH® @ 1ml/liter of drinking water (T1); Aminovit plus® vet @ 1ml/liter of drinking water (T2); and combination of Haemeco pH® 1ml/liter + Aminovit plus® vet @ 1ml/liter of drinking water (T3), respectively. On account of keeping record, weekly data on live weight and feed intake were collected and finally two birds from each replication were randomly selected and slaughtered for measuring blood parameters and carcass characteristics at 28 days of experimental periods. By using the SPSS software the collected data were analyzed at 5% level of probability. Total feed intake were nonsignificant (P>0.05) among the experimental birds groups. But the final live weight was significantly (P<0.05) differed among the experimental group where the highest value was recorded in T3-2446.33 g/bird compared to other three experimental groups. Birds fed combined Haemeco pH® and Aminovit plus® showed the highest feed efficiency (1.73) and significantly (P<0.05) differ compared with rest of the groups. Experimental birds also shows a significant (P<0.05) difference on daily live weight gain where the highest value at 2nd and 4th weeks of experiment was found in birds of group T3 (i.e. 59.53, 81.36 g/d/bird, respectively). No significant (P>0.05) differences were observed among the dietary treatment groups in terms of dressing percentages, liver, heart and abdominal fat weight. On the other hand, significant (P<0.05) difference were observed in carcass weight, where the highest value was recorded in T3 (1825.12 g) compared to T0 (1411.37 g). Findings of the blood parameters revealed that Haemeco pH® ,Aminovit plus® vet and their combination significantly (P<0.05) increased PCV, Hb and TLC of the experimental broilers blood but did not affected the TEC value. Combined Haemeco pH® ,Aminovit plus® vet supplemented broiler had the highest TEC and PCV value (2.20 and 30.10, respectively) while in case of Hb., the highest was in the birds supplemented with Aminovit plus® vet (7.97 g/dl). Cost effective analysis of the experiment demonstrated that, using Haemeco pH® , Aminovit plus® vet and their combination has significantly (P<0.05) higher net profit then the control group and combined Haemeco pH® , Aminovit plus® vet supplemented group had the highest profit over control (47.7 Tk.). So, commercial broiler farmers may use combined Haemeco pH® , Aminovit plus® vet to improve broilers productive performance and also can earn more profit.en_US
