    Abstract
The aim of this research work was to investigate the efficiency of Availa Z/M® and black cumin on broiler production. A total 100 day-old Cobb 500 commercial broiler chicks were randomly divided into four groups (T0, T1, T2, T3) and each group contained of 25 birds. The group T0 was considered as control and T1, T2, T3 was supplemented with black cumin, Availa Z/M® and black cumin and Availa Z/M® respectively. The group of T1 was supplemented with 1% Availa Z/M® with drinking water, the group T2 was supplemented with 1% black cumin, the group T3 was supplemented with 1% (black cumin and Availa Z/M®), the group of T0 was provided with the fresh water. Live body weights were recorded weekly interval and blood parameters were measured on the day of 15th, 25th and 35th respectively. The treatment group T3 was recorded statistically significant (at 1% level) increase for live body weight than that of control group T0. The hematological parameters TEC, PCV value of treatment group showed significant difference at 25th day and 35th day, while Hemoglobin concentration showed significant difference from control group. The control group (Group T0) initial average live weight on 1st day was 43.65±1.32 g, final live weight 1618.71± 11.3 g, net weight gain 1575.06± 5.43g and feed conversion ratio (FCR) was 1.72. In Group T1 initial average live weight on 1st day was 43.81±1.53g, final live weight 1748.82±5.64g, net weight gain 1705.01± 8.58g and FCR 1.60. In Group T2 initial average live weight on 1st day was 42.47±1.00g, final live weight 1687.99±7.30g, net weight gain 1645.52±7.30g and FCR 1.65. In Group T3 initial average live weight on 1st day was 43.08±1.54 g, final live weight 1833.55±8.25g, weight gain 1790.47± 4.12g and FCR 1.52. The birds of group T1 using drinking water were supplemented with 1% Black cumin and Availa Z/M® utilized their feed statistically significantly (at 1% level) more efficiently than control group T0.
