An experiment was conducted to check the maternally derived antibody in offspring, compare the effect of existing and imposed vaccination program and compare the immune status induced by vaccine under both vaccination programs. Seven different broiler farms in the Pabna District were taken dividing the farms into two groups- Group I for existing vaccination and Group II for imposed vaccination. Blood samples were collected from all the experimental farms before vaccination to check maternal antibody level. Infected as well as dead birds were undergone through necropsy examination properly in spot as well as Nourish Poultry Diseases Diagnostic Laboratory, Unit-2, Bogra, Bangladesh. The present study revealed that chicken aged between 17-25 days was affected with IBDV with 38-57% morbidity and 11.7-33.5 % mortality, Concurrent occurrence of IBD with colibacillosis and other diseases like salmonellosis, coryza, newcastle disease and aspergillosis was noticed in four farms of group I, the birds that survived the diseases lost weight ranges from 1185-1370 g (Group I) than those did not face Gumboro 2115-2228 g (Group II). Thus, there is a significant variation in body weight in Gumboro affected broilers due to existing and imposed vaccination programme under farm condition.en_US
