    Abstract
Theoretical and practical knowledge does not always move to the same direction. Theory differs in a great way through its operation and implementation. There is no doubt that, to justify the theoretical knowledge practical orientation has great importance. An Internship program brings the students closer to the practical world. This realization of the universities has introduced the system & provision of Internship program for the students of MBA for better understanding and realization with the practical job environment. The internship program has given us immense opportunity to minimize the gap between theoretical and practical knowledge. As a MBA student, it was my great pleasure to be in touch with the organization as Jamuna Bank Ltd. which is undoubtedly the most efficient and best performing banking institution in our country. My practical experience through performing different activities of the bank including General Banking has enhanced our view, mission, and acceptability as we as has increased our overall experience about to deal in real world phenomenon. Today’s students- who will be mature adults entering into major decision position -as we begin the twenty first century will be called upon to face problems we can’t imagine and to reach decision based on evidence that does not now exist. Knowledge has already has become the primary industry, the industry that supplies the economy with central resources for production. New knowledge and its application come unevenly. Only the theoretical knowledge can’t serve all purposes. In case of business study, the coordination of both theory and practice get due importance in modern world. After the examination, the authority of Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science & Technology University, Dinajpur, has arrange the facility for the MBA students to have practical experience by submitting a comprehensive internship report under a expatriate supervisor. Obviously, it is much better if the students get theoretical and practical lesson simultaneously. The author was assigned to study the “Human Rerouces Management Policy of Jamuna Bank Limited” of Jamuna Bank, Dhanmondi Branch. The author thanks to the respective authority as because the internship report helps to bridge the gap between theory and reality.
