    Abstract
30 small scale broiler farms with above 20000 birds of various age were randomly selected from three upazillas of Narayangonj including Araihazar, Bondor, Sonargoan upazilla where farmers reared broiler throughout the year. The broiler farms were selected only using high quality new hope broiler pillet feed .Detail about farm history of healthy and diseased broiler flocks and pathological changes of infected broiler flocks were carefully recorded. Feed conversion ratio of Narayangonj district respectively 1.53 in healthy and 1.62 in diseased broiler farms. The FCR in broiler was highest at 1“ to 4 week of age and the lowest above 4" week of age. The highest FCR found in sonargoan upazilla 1.53 and the lowest FCR is found in Bondor upazilla is 1.54. Due to disease or other environmental and management factors FCR increase found in different upazilla are in Sonargoan1.53 to 1.58 in Araihazar1.53 to 1.66 and in Bondor 1.54 to 1.63. For the necropsy findings, diseased broiler birds Intestine, Lung, Liver, Pancreas and also other part collected and pathologically investigated. The management and environmental factors also identified which also responsible for the FCR difference between healthy and diseased broiler farms because its directly or indirectly associate with occurrence of disease.
