Data Management in a fast and efficient way is one of the demanding technologies of today’s&#13;
aspect. The “HRM with optimized functional implementation of National Database&#13;
reducing time and spelling error complexity” is a system which makes the working&#13;
procedures of present manual system of storing and retrieving citizen’s information easier and&#13;
increases its efficiency to a high degree. The implemented search methodology is efficient&#13;
enough for high speed data retrieval. Though there may be spelling error in the input keywords&#13;
used for searching a citizen, it is able to find out the required data about the citizen.&#13;
The search methodology accomplishes its goal due to its special design in the data structure. The&#13;
main concern in this project is minimizing the total searching time for a given keyword. This can&#13;
be done if we can pre-establish the idea of getting the data belonging to the keyword. The&#13;
primary and secondary key-code generated by Double Metaphone Algorithm for each word is&#13;
used to establish that idea about the word. This algorithm is used for creating the map of the&#13;
original database, through which the keyword is matched against the data.&#13;
The whole web-based National Data Center (NDC) is accessed from different terminals of a&#13;
network. This system can be used to keep records, modification of record, search for citizens,&#13;
admins and find out a particular record etc.&#13;
In this report we describe the implementation procedure of NDC. We used the EntityRelationship model to design database that will store and organize the national data. We have&#13;
stored the data in MySQL Database Server and populated it with some sample data. The system&#13;
can keep track of admin info, admin accounts, records of citizen etc. Using HTML PHP,&#13;
JavaScript, CSS we have created an Internet-based graphical user interface that allows users to&#13;
access the system from any location.
Bangladesh is a developing country. In our country most of the government organizations are&#13;
operating manually. As we know that the requirement of the digital world is to replace the paper&#13;
work with digital components. Because, from the ancient time human always tries to ease their&#13;
tasks through applying some sort of technical attempts. If the manual systems are being&#13;
automated, the development of a country raises. So as technology advances we need to move on.&#13;
From this thinking we have decided to digitize the records of our citizens of Bangladesh by&#13;
implementing this project which is entitled by HRM _ with optimized functional&#13;
implementation of National Data Center reducing time and spelling error complexity.

the classification in a sort of time.
Of late the volume of information increases day by day. All these data are not in&#13;
proper structure. This type of data are called umstructured data or information.&#13;
Unstructured data is what we find in mails, messages, reports, presentations, newspapers,&#13;
voice mails. These unstructured data are causing problem in recent activity.

The target of our online Stock management system is to deliver the product to different&#13;
user via online. It can be used via internet in which a user can see the products of stock&#13;
that are available or not. If the products are available, then they have the opportunity to&#13;
purchase the product from stock via online. The owner of the stock can easily change in&#13;
different module of product by using the admin section. The system has been developed&#13;
by designing appropriate menu in which the users can interact with the system easily. All&#13;
related data has been analyzed considering data relation, data modeling and normalization&#13;
of data file Structure using appropriate tools. The system has been designed in response to&#13;
the concept of system analysis and design. We try our best to keep the system free from&#13;
errors and inconsistency. The languages that are used to develop the system are HTML,&#13;
PHP, CSS and Java script. MYSQL database is used to store and process various type of&#13;
information. At last we can say the highest security is used to handle the data and&#13;
password to protect the system from unauthorized access.
Online stock management system is the online based system in which it is possible to&#13;
purchase any product from the stock from anywhere of the world via internet without the&#13;
intervention of physical appearance. Our system is very user friendly and simple. A&#13;
client can easily purchase a product from stock. The system is designed in such a way&#13;
that a user will never feel bored in our system. Our system is completely error free. In&#13;
our system if any customer is unable to purchase any product from stock for any reason&#13;
then he/she can easily cancel transaction and logout from our candidate system. There&#13;
are three steps in our system that a customer must have to fulfill. Check the availability&#13;
of the product within the stock; Select the product that he/she want to buy from stock,&#13;
Pay the amount. We know that a system is a combination of a number of components&#13;
that are interconnected and interdependent with each other. According to the definition&#13;
of system our system also contains a number of components.

This present study E-Courier management system or ECMS has been developed to keeping&#13;
in mind the heights of “Information technology has reached to new height” and when&#13;
everything is powered with computers does make a great difference. The targets of our online&#13;
courier service system is to pickup and deliver parcel or consignment from different user via&#13;
online booking. Cost of the service is calculated according to the parcels weight, height, length,&#13;
diameter and distance of sending and receiving branch. User can pay the service charge online&#13;
via credit card and they can easily check their delivered parcel’s status by a given track number&#13;
which will be sent automatically to the sender’s email after booking. There are two types of&#13;
admin, they are main admin and branch manager. As well as the administrator’s functions are&#13;
update and delete branches, adding new branches, view the status of parcels, update parcel&#13;
rates etc. The functions of branch manager are updating parcel status that means the current&#13;
location of the parcels, delete parcels, sort parcels etc. The system has been developed by&#13;
designing appropriately in which the users can interact with the system easily. All related data&#13;
has been analyzed considering data relation, data modeling and normalization of data file&#13;
structure using appropriate tools. The system has been designed in response to the concept of&#13;
system analysis and design. We try our best to keep the system free from errors and&#13;
inconsistency. The languages that are used to develop the system are HTML, PHP, CSS, Java&#13;
script, AJAX and MYSQL database is used to store and process various types of information.
In modern age, as time increases, needs &amp; requirements of the person are also increased.&#13;
They want more facility &amp; try to do their task quickly &amp; within time. Today’s world is&#13;
very fast and competitive. To achieve the success in this competitive world, one should be&#13;
aware of the computer and the information related to the concerned business because&#13;
computer and the information plays an important weeks manually. Right information&#13;
available at the right place makes the decision process efficient. Hence the identification&#13;
of the current and future requirement becomes a basic need of any flexible information&#13;
system.&#13;
ECMS is a system which manages the work regarding the services of the courier in an&#13;
effective &amp; efficient manner. Basically it stores the information regarding the customer&#13;
and his material, which has to be couriered.
